Application are invited from all
eligible candidates for the
tenure post of ”Law Clerk
(Trainee)” in the establishment of
High Court, Allahabad/Lucknow
Bench. Further details are given below :
95 Law Clerk
(Trainee) posts on a contract basis in Allahabad
Qualification
: A pass in three years Professional Law degree OR five years Integrated
Degree in Law from any Law College or recognized University. Candidates
appearing for their final exams may also apply provisionally. Candidates should
also have knowledge of Data Entry/ Work Processing and Computer Operations.
Fresh Law Graduates or those who have appeared in final year/ semester
examination of LL.B. and results are awaited are also eligible to apply.
Age Limit :
between 21 years and 26 years as on 01.07.2014
Application
fee : The application forms can be purchased by the candidates from the
counter opened at Allahabad High Court and it’s Lucknow Bench on payment of Rs.
150/- in cash on any working day. And can be demand through sending a Postal
Order or Bank Draft of Rs 150/- drawn in favor of “Registrar General, High
Court of Judicature at Allahabad” and Payable at Allahabad.
Selection
Process : Candidates will be selected on the basis of their performance
in Interview.
How to Apply
: Candidates are required to apply in the prescribed format. The
application complete in all respects along with copies of all relevant
certificates, DD / IPO including two self addressed envelope (size 5”x10”) each
bearing postage stamps worth Rs. 22/- should be sent to the Registrar General,
High Court of Judicature, Allahabad, Uttar Pradesh either
by Speed Post, Registered Post with AD or through Courier.
