Bihar Public Service Commission Invites application in the Prescribed Proforma from Medical professionals for the following Specialities :
1. Psychiatrist
No. of Posts : 19 (UR – 10 ; SC – 03 ; MBC – 03 ; BC – 02 ; BC (Female) – 01 )
2. Dermatologist
No. of Posts : 75 (UR – 38 ; SC – 12 ; ST – 01 ; MBC – 13 ; BC – 09 ; BC(F) – 01)
3. ENT Specialist
No. of Posts : 131 (UR – 66 ; SC – 21 ; ST – 01 ; MBC – 23 ; BC – 16 ; BC(F) – 04)
4. Eye Specialist
No. of Posts : 68 (UR – 34 ; SC – 11 ; ST – 01 ; MBC – 12 ; BC – 08 ; BC(F) – 02)
5. Microbiologist

6. Pathologist

7. Radiologist

8. General /Specialist Physician
No. of Posts : 135 ( UR – 68 ; SC – 22 ; ST – 01 ; MBC – 24 ; BC – 16 ; BC(F) – 04)
Qualification : MBBS with Degree/Diploma/PG Diploma in the respective Discipline
Pay Scale : PB-2, Rs.9300 – 34800 + GP Rs.5400/-
Age Limit : UR – 40 yrs ; BC/MBC/Female – 43 yrs ; SC/ST – 45 yrs as on 1.10.2012
Selection Procedure : Written Examination followed by Interview (Please go through the PDF for exam pattern and Syllabus ; Link given at the end)
Application fee : Rs.350/- (Application fee Rs.300 + Rs.50 Bank Charges) for all Candidates except SC/ST Candidates of Bihar State for whom the fee would be Rs.125/- (Application fee Rs.75/-+ Rs.50/- Bank Charges) – to be Deposited in any SBI Branch through a Specific challan for the purpose.
